Elite Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Top Service Plumbing Elite Membership, the customer agrees to the following membership terms and conditions.
1. Membership Overview
The Elite Membership is designed to provide homeowners with preventative plumbing maintenance, priority service, and member exclusive savings.
Membership benefits remain active while the membership is in good standing and payments are current.
Benefits apply only to the service address associated with the membership.
2. Membership Pricing and Billing
Elite Membership pricing is $16.99 per month or $199 annually.
Monthly memberships are billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Annual memberships are billed in full at the time of enrollment.
3. Automatic Renewal
Elite Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the customer.
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month.
Annual memberships renew automatically each year on the anniversary date of enrollment.
Customers may cancel membership prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.
4. Membership Services
Elite Membership includes one annual maintenance visit per membership year which includes:
- Whole home plumbing inspection
- Water heater flush for standard tank water heaters
Additional services such as tankless water heater flushing may require an additional charge.
Membership maintenance visits must be scheduled during normal business hours.
Unused maintenance visits do not carry over into future membership periods.
5. Membership Discounts
Elite Members receive 15% off labor on plumbing services, with a maximum discount of $500 per service visit.
Discounts apply to labor only and do not apply to:
- Equipment or fixtures
- Materials
- Permits or inspection fees
- Third party services
- Specialty equipment
- Previous work already completed
Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, coupons, or special offers.
6. Waived Dispatch Fee
Elite Members receive a waived service call or dispatch fee during normal business hours.
This benefit applies to diagnostic visits only and does not include after hours service.
After hours, weekend, and holiday service calls are subject to standard after hours service fees.
7. Priority Scheduling
Elite Members receive priority scheduling over non members when booking service appointments.
Priority scheduling does not guarantee same day service and remains subject to technician availability and workload.
8. Complimentary Camera Inspection
Elite Members receive one complimentary sewer camera inspection per year when booking a drain cleaning or hydro jetting service.
Camera inspections are subject to proper access to the drain system.
9. Service Eligibility
Membership benefits apply to one residential property address only.
Membership services are available within the Top Service Plumbing service area.
Membership does not apply to:
- Commercial properties
- Rental units with multiple tenants
- Properties outside the service area
10. Non Transferability
Elite Membership benefits are non transferable and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person or property.
If the customer moves within the Top Service Plumbing service area, the membership may be transferred to the new residential address upon request.
11. Payment Failure
If a membership payment fails or cannot be processed, the membership may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
If two consecutive payments fail, Top Service Plumbing reserves the right to terminate the membership.
Membership benefits will not be available during periods of non payment.
12. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their Elite Membership at any time by contacting Top Service Plumbing.
If cancellation occurs after membership benefits have been used, Top Service Plumbing reserves the right to charge the standard retail price for services already performed.
Any unused membership services will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Membership fees are non refundable once services or benefits have been used.
13. Early Cancellation After Benefits Are Used
Elite Memberships are designed to provide ongoing preventative maintenance and member benefits throughout the membership period.
If a customer cancels their membership after receiving any included membership services or benefits, Top Service Plumbing reserves the right to charge the standard retail value for services already performed, less the membership fees already paid.
This policy helps ensure fairness within the membership program and allows Top Service Plumbing to continue providing preventative maintenance services and benefits to all members.
14. Membership Discount Recovery
Elite Membership discounts are provided as a benefit of maintaining an active membership.
If a customer receives a membership discount on services and cancels the membership within twelve (12) months of receiving that discount, Top Service Plumbing reserves the right to invoice the customer for the difference between the discounted price and the standard retail price for the services provided.
This policy helps ensure fairness and allows the membership program to continue providing valuable savings to long term members.
Membership discounts apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.
15. Limitations of Liability
Elite Membership benefits apply only to services performed by Top Service Plumbing.
Membership does not guarantee repair or replacement of plumbing systems and does not function as an insurance policy.
All repairs and installations are subject to separate written estimates and customer approval.
16. Modification of Membership
Top Service Plumbing reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable notice to members.
Existing memberships will maintain their current pricing until the next renewal period.
17. Membership Benefit Updates
Top Service Plumbing continually evaluates its membership program to ensure the highest level of service and value for our customers.
Membership services, benefits, and included offerings may be updated or adjusted at the time of membership renewal to reflect program improvements, service enhancements, or operational changes.
Members will receive notice of any updates prior to their renewal date, and continued renewal of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated program benefits and terms.
18. Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the complete membership understanding between the customer and Top Service Plumbing.
Enrollment in the Elite Membership confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
